Vegan Gummy Bears
- 250 ml (1 cup) fruit juice
- 6 g (3 tsp) agar agar
- 25 g sugar
- Whisk together fruit juice, agar agar, and sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
- Using gummy candy molds of your choice and while the fruit juice mixture is still hot, use a small dropper or squeeze bottle to transfer the mixture into the molds. Leave to set up until firm in the fridge then pop out of molds.
- For a chewier texture leave to dehydrate for 24-48 hours at room temperature.
